Side Walkway + Natural Stone Wall
Side walkway widened after the former air-conditioning blocks were removed. The full wall is clad in natural stone, with space reserved for tropical greenery. Inch-thick Italian porcelain slabs, pebble infill, and new drains create a cleaner, modern service path.
Natural Teak Staircase
Following the architect's advice, the original teak staircase was retained. The old gloss finish was removed, the timber was restored, and the steps were refinished with a matte protective lacquer.
